LOGIN TO CREATE PRACTICE PLANS

6 defensive players will arrange themselves inside of the crease, and will begin running counterclockwise. 6 Offensive players will arrange themselves just outside of the crease, and will begin running clockwise. The coach will roll a ball anywhere within 10 yards of the circle. Players continue running in their circle. The coach will then yell the name or number of an offensive player, at which time, the offensive player who was called will persue the loose ball. Two defenders will chase the ball, and the rest of the offensive players will then spread out anticipating a fast break. -Defense will clear if the ball is retrieved -Offense will attempt to score if the ball is retrieved
