-Run an offence to get shot on net -Goalie makes save and holds ball in crease -Top guy comes down to crease to retrieve ball -2 bench side players change -offside crease to the corner for an outlet if needed then changes -offside corner goes up the floor for an outlet if needed then changes -all offence players go back on defense except for top guy pressures the ball -have line on bench go down on offence and do the same at the other end
