LOGIN TO CREATE PRACTICE PLANS
Make a diamond with cones 5 yards apart, and place one cone in the middle.
-Movement 1= shuffle
-Movement 2= Open hip shuffle
-Movement 3= Sideways run
Place 2-3 players at cones on opposite sides of the diamond.
Players from line one and two will run to the middle cone, run back out to their original cone. The players will then move counterclockwise to the next cone using Movement 1. They will then run to the middle cone and back, and move counterclockwise to the next cone using Movement 2. They will repeat the process a 3rd time using Movement 3.
-Variation 2 (Defensive footwork)
Same as above except players will be facing to the outside, and will arrive at the cone, and drop-step into a sideways run towards the middle (making sure to put their sticks to the middle).
