1. Righty pushes off from defensive Coach and calls for a pass from Lefty. Once Righty catches the ball, they step towards the house and take a hard shot. 2. After the Righty shoots, Lefty grabs a second ball. After shooting, Righty sets a pick for Lefty, who takes the pick and shoots from high as well. Shots are stepping into hard shots and following through to make sure their shots get on net. Missing the net with a side-arm or underhand shot penalty: 10 push ups. Hitting Noodles in the head penalty: 15 pushups.
