Time Line: 60-80 min
Meeting (20 min - Optional):

Huddle (1-2 min):
- - Discussion: Great Teams
- - Come up with an appropriate word, as a team, for a team cheer
Warm-Up (20 min):
- - Warm-Up Drill #1A - Line Shuttles (Variation #1A & #1B) - Loose Balls (Stationary & Dynamic) - "Attack the Ball"
- - *Stickwork Drill #3 - Loose Ball On-The-Run (Variation #1B) - Coaches at Centre-Floor With Balls - Roll To Player Running Past
- - *Stickwork Drill #3- Catching On-The-Run (Variation #2A) - Players Run Past Coach Who Lobs A Ball To Oncoming Player
- - Water Break: 2 min
- - Dynamic Warm-Up - Introduce "Stationary Dynamic" Routine

- - Cradling Drill #4 - Open Floor Checking (Variation #2) – Footwork + Ball Carrier
- - Transition Drill #1A - Basic "Out & Up" (Variation #1B) - Loose Ball + Carry Middle + Pass To Far-Side
Activity 2 (7 min):
- - Loose Ball Drill #4 - Loose Ball Behind The Net (Variation #1A & #1B) – Lines In Both Corners (Wrong Floor Sides) - No Fakes To Start
- - Water Break: 2 min
Activity 3 (12 min): Water Available
- - Games Drill #21 - "Small-Sided Game" (Variation #1) - 3 Vs. 3 Width-Wise – Half Floor (Make Early Observations & Player Identifications) - Players Lined Up On Rag Lines, No Contact + No Goalies & 3x3 Net (Paperweight/Tyke)
- - Water Break: 2 min
– Side-Boards-To-Side, Both Ends (1 Minute Shifts) – Play Starts With A Loose Ball From The Coach
Cool Down:
- - Static Stretches - In the dressing room
